Martial Arts is for everyone!
After 2 successful Introduction ZenFit classes, I am happy, proud and grateful to announce the commencement of the first 8 week ZenFit course starting this Saturday.
ZenFit is based on the ancient Martial Art of TaiChi, which is based on the Martial Art of KungFu.
In the upcoming 8 weeks you can join us to experience the difficulty of slowing down, movement as well as breath. It may seem easy on the eye, but only if you try it for yourself you will feel that slowing down is an art in itself, and a lot more difficult than what it sounds like.
On a second not, there is still room to come along to the Self-Defense session we are offering through Shobukan Martial Arts in Wangara,
on Saturday the 19th of August from 1.30-3.00pm.
There is a cost of $15, payable on the day.
Shobukan Martial Arts offers several different styles or Martial Arts, and in this Self Defense session you will learn Kick Boxing moves, Karate moves, Kali Sikaran Moves and more.
I have instructed Sensei Mike to make this course suitable to all ages, from 16-70+
